The interesting part from this wedding that you should notice that Danny did a car restoration of old Volvo! Awesome, wasn't it? We post some of the car details, you may take a look later. Danny even drove the wedding car himself. Liana loves everything about crafty things, those wedding display at reception were made by her. Both of them had involved the thing they love into wedding, it is intangible, but imagine all the excitement beyond :)

This time we had a chance to explore the beauty side of Indonesian city, it was Jogjakarta. It is a fact that Indonesia has many beautiful spot for photo shoot, but lack of infrastructure and access often are obstacles for photographer and couple. We wanted to try this time and as beginning, we chose Jogjakarta. Hopefully, we can explore many places later, of course the beautiful one in Indonesia.
Together with Ajeng+Reza, our Instagram winner, we spent 3 days there. We had really unforgettable prewedding session, Ajeng+Reza travelled with their friends and most of the time, they cheered up Ajeng+Reza. The heat of Jogja didn't put us down, that is the characteristic of the city and to get beautiful photos we must go through it.

For more than 6 years, instead of bride and groom, the presence of best man, maid of honor and bridesmaid have brought their own color in wedding. For most of the time, they are the bride and groom's closest friends or families. In every wedding, we never forget to capture them, their presence is undeniable important, a wedding without them isn't just complete.
So let's talk about history a bit. Usually bridesmaid are bride's closet friend, typically young woman in marriageable age, and unwed. She attends to the bride on the wedding day or ceremony. Often there is more than one bridesmaid and historically the numbers of them were calculated to be appropriate to the family's social status. Today, the number of bridesmaids in a wedding party is dependent on many variables, including a bride's preferences, the size of her family, and the number of attendants her partner would like to have as well. Of course, the more bridesmaid the more noise and hype on the day!
Bridesmaid's duties actually are very limited, they are required to attend and assist the bride on the day. They might assist the bride with dressing, manage bride's veil, hand bouquet, prayer book and give a hand of bride's big gown. In modern time, bridesmaids also have another role, they plan the bridal shower for bride-to-be. Beside that, the important side that their principal duty is to provide practical and emotional support. We notice there are big difference when bride is next to their bridesmaid, they laugh and giggle, this small details complete the happy expression of the bride.
The Maid of Honour, originally refereed to the female attendant of a queen in United Kingdom. In North America, The Maid of Honour is the title and position held by the bride's chief attendant, typically her closest friend/sister. If The Maid of Honour is married, she can be called as Matron of Honor.
Groomsman also does the same thing like bridesmaid, groomsman are usually groom's closest friends or relatives, and considered an honor to be selected.
In a military officer's wedding, the roles of groomsmen are replaced by swordsmen of the sword honor guard. They are usually picked as close personal friends of the groom who have served with him. Their role includes forming the traditional saber archfor the married couple and guests to walk through.
Like maid of honor, best man is the chief assistant to the groom at a wedding. During a wedding ceremony, the best man stands next to the groom, slightly behind him. In western white wedding, best man will typically keep the wedding ring until needed during the ceremony, assist the groom, act as a legal witness to the marriage, and prepare a "Best Mans speech" to be read at the reception.
The fun part, groomsman may plan celebratory events such as bachelor party, also called Stag Night or Bucks's Night.
All of them; bridesmaid, maid of honor, groomsman, and best man; are important, with their presence, based on our experience, will show lots of smile and sign of comfortless, while happiness. Bride and groom will be surrounded by their closest friends, they will witness how the step of life is taken one step further.
